So, recently, I decided to give an often-used yet neglected area of our house: the upstairs hall. Here’s how I underwent a quick budget hallway update.

This past weekend, I went down to Cincinnati to visit some friends. It also happened to be St. Patrick’s day, but that was really just a coincidence. Anyone else think it was Friday on Tuesday? Maybe it’s because it feels like spring should be here by now, or maybe it’s that we’ve been looking forward to St. Patrick’s Day, but it’s been a long week. Obsessing over some fun new things kept us going, though. Here’s what we’re loving in this week’s And Then We Tried Obsessions.

I survived skiing this weekend! I went skiing for the third time in my life and managed to not die, so now I get to embark on the best part of any new hobby, shopping for all the gear. For this trip, I borrowed Hannah’s ski jacket, pants, gloves, goggles, socks, clothes, literally all of it, and now that I think I want to ski again, I should buy my own jacket. Bonus, if I don’t have to borrow Hannah’s jacket, that means she can also come skiing and we CAN BE SKI-FRIENDS. Amazing. Here’s everything I’m looking at for my new ski wardrobe, please chime in in the comments with your recommendations because I’m basing this all purely on aesthetics.
